Seemed like a great place one could happily lose an afternoon in! The beer was excellent - nice to be able to try things straight from the cask as well. It will definitely be top of my list of places to go back to. The food looked pretty decent too - I suppose we need something to soak up the beer!
Yes indeed, it is the Catherine who was heading off to New York. I just got back last night. Unfortunately I was ill from the moment I woke up on the first day so my beer consumption was sadly limited! That aside, I loved it. I managed to sink a few beers at The Blind Tiger, Heartland and a place called House of Brews which was conveniently situated next to my hotel. I'm already looking at flying back - the Virgin Atlantic sale is too good to miss!
